Ordering & Delivery

Question: What are your business hours?

Answer: Oakland Packaging & Supply is open 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday.

Question: What are your delivery areas?

Answer: Oakland Packaging delivery trucks cover most of the greater Bay Area and large areas of Northern California. If you are located outside our immediate service area we can easily ship through UPS or one of several LTL carriers.

Question: I have a business in my home, can I still get delivery there?

Answer: Unfortunately, Oakland Packaging is not able to deliver to residential areas. However, we can make arrangements with other freight companies to handle your order with no effect on order turnaround time.

Question: How can I place orders?

Answer: Our goal is to provide the best possible customer service so we will take your order in the manner that best suits your needs. Orders may be placed via the phone during business hours, by fax, email, or online.

Question: I currently do not have an account set up with Oakland Packaging. How do I go about doing so?

Answer: Please contact customer service and, in most cases, an account can be set up immediately.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?

Answer: Customers may pay by VISA/Mastercard/American Express, and C.O.D. Those wishing credit terms can fill out a credit application.

Question: I am not seeing the product I need in your catalog. Does that mean you do not carry it?

Answer: While we stock over 10,000 items in our warehouse, we have 130,000 items available to us through our supplier base. Please contact either sales representative or customer service for more information.

Question: I have need for a custom printed or custom sized product. Can you supply that for me?

Answer: Oakland Packaging & Supply specializes in sourcing custom printed or sized products for a wide range of industries. Please contact your sales rep for more details.
